One of the most important parts of spellcraft is the intensity of the mystical energies created during the ritual. During a ritual, the caster of the spell charges the nearby energies with his/her intentions and once the energies are built up, they are then released into the world to do their work. A good analogy is a beer mug. A beer mug starts out empty but after you fill it with beer, it gets you drunk. The more empty mugs you have, the more beer you can drink. The more beer you drink, the more drunk you get. Well that's basically what you do with energy. The more raw energy is in your circle, the more energy you can "fill" with intentions, the more "intention-filled" energy you have, the more powerful the spell. Thus, it is very important for your altar space to have high vibrations and energies. Now there are a lot of high tech new age gadgets to enhance the energies around a space however, they tend to be very expensive. The manufacturers probably figure that there's no competition and that their target audience will buy anything that they offer. Well FUCK THEM! I'm gonna show you how to enhance your altar energies for less than $20.
Hey everybody! I'm sorry I didn't post the video diaries for my fasting days 3 and 4. My internet was down and I couldn't upload anything. Anyways, let me state how I felt on those days so that you will know what it is truly like to fast.
One practice that seems to be in every world religion is fasting, the practicing of abstaining from eating for spiritual purposes. In Hinduism, people fast according to the moon, in Judaism, people fast on certain holidays, in Christianity, people fast without any specific occasions. Regardless of your beliefs, one cannot deny the spiritual significance of fasting, never mind the health benefits! Fasting has many benefits including rejuvenating the body, strengthening the mind and building spiritual awareness. Well, we can read about the signification and all the wonderful studies and articles left and right but why take the word from somebody who just copied the results from somebody else's experience when you could take the word from somebody who has actually fasted himself. Well being the passionate blogger I am (sarcastic grin), I decided to fast for as long as I can. My goal is to fast for at least three days and if I still have motivation after that, I will continue to fast until I give into temptation. I will also try to post a video and a diary to this website daily telling you of all my struggles and acomplishments and how I feel. |
